Terms of service
These terms give the rules of fc.ia.br in plain language. When you create an event or join an album, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
The service
fc.ia.br is a service of Diego TI LTDA. It makes a shared photo album for an event. Guests join through a link or a QR code, upload photos, and see the album. The organizer creates the event, chooses a plan, and moderates the album.
The service complements the work of a photographer. It does not replace a photographer.
Access
The organizer signs in with a link sent by email. Do not share that link. Guests do not create an account: the browser keeps a credential for the event. If a guest clears the browser data or changes phones, the guest can lose that identity.
Organizer responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful events and lawful content.
- Share the event link only with people that you would invite. You are responsible for how you distribute the link.
- Tell your guests that people with the link can see the photos they upload.
- Get the necessary permissions to share photos, especially from parents or guardians at events with children.
- Moderate the album and remove content that breaks these terms.
- Keep access to your email account secure.
Rules for guest content
When guests upload a photo, they confirm that they can share it. They also let the people with the link see the photo and let the organizer download it.
- Do not upload illegal content.
- Do not upload sexual content or nudity.
- Do not upload violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Do not upload photos of people in private situations without their permission.
- Upload photos only. The service does not accept videos or other files.
The organizer can remove any photo and block a guest. We can remove content and suspend an event when these terms are broken or when a legal order requires it.
Rights to the photos
The photos stay the property of the people who took them. You give us only the permission necessary to store the photos, make smaller versions, remove location data, and show the photos inside the event while the plan is active. We do not use the photos for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.
Plans and payment
- Each plan is a one-time payment per event, in Brazilian reais (BRL), processed by Stripe.
- There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- The event is activated when Stripe confirms the payment.
- Each purchase accepts one discount code, under the conditions of that code.
- A move to a longer plan costs the price difference between the plans.
- The current prices are on the pricing page. A price change does not change a purchase that you already made.
- Diego TI LTDA, the company that operates fc.ia.br, charges the payment through Stripe. On the Stripe receipt and on your card statement, the seller name shows as 21H (21H DEV), with the contact contato@21h.dev.
Retention, expiry, and deletion
- Retention counts from the event end date, in calendar months, in the event time zone.
- After activation, the organizer can change the end date only while it is still in the future, and to at most 12 months after activation.
- Guest uploads close 7 days after the event ends. The organizer can close them earlier.
- We send the organizer email notices 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
- At expiry, guests lose access. The organizer can export everything for 14 more days. Then we delete the photos and the guest data.
- The Archive plan (120 months) depends on the continued operation of the service. It is not lifetime storage. If we must stop the service, we give at least 90 days of notice, and you can export everything.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 7 days after payment (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code). If no guest has uploaded photos yet, we refund the full amount. To ask, write to contato@21h.dev from your account email, with the event name.
In other cases, we review each request and respect the rights that the law gives to consumers.
After a full refund, guests lose access and the organizer can export the photos for 30 days. After that, we delete the photos. A refund of a plan upgrade returns the event to the expiry of the previous plan.
If a card payment dispute opens, guest uploads stop and the album stays visible until the dispute ends. No refund or dispute deletes photos without a notice and an export period.
Limits
- Up to 10 GB and up to 3,000 photos per event. When the limit is reached, new uploads stop; the photos already uploaded stay stored. We never charge overage automatically.
- Up to 500 photos per guest and up to 30 MB per photo.
- JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. HEIC photos are converted in the browser. No videos.
- We limit the number of attempts over time, to protect the service from abuse.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee a minimum uptime. Interruptions can occur for maintenance or because of provider failures. We keep backup copies of the photos, but we recommend that the organizer exports the album after the event.
Liability
We are not responsible for the content that guests upload or for other people who forward the link. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code gives you.
Termination
You can ask support to close an event or your account at any time. Export the photos first.
We can suspend or close an event that breaks these terms or the law. When possible, we tell you first and give you time to export. If the service stops, we give at least 90 days of notice.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the last update. We tell organizers with active events about important changes by email. A change does not reduce retention that you already bought.
Applicable law
These terms follow the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you can use the courts where you live.
