The time starts when your event ends

Retention counts from the event end date, not from the purchase date. You can buy months before the event and you lose no retention time.

We count calendar months in the event time zone. The photos stay available until 23:59:59 on the same day of the month, N months after the end date. If that month is shorter, the last day of the month applies.

Limits for each event

• Up to 10 GB per event (original photos and previews) and up to 3,000 photos, in every plan. Do you need more? Write to support before the event.
• Up to 500 photos per guest.
• Up to 30 MB per photo. JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. iPhone HEIC photos are converted to JPEG in the browser.
• No videos.

When guests can upload photos

Uploads open when the event is activated, after payment. They close 7 days after the event ends, and you can close them earlier.

Guests can still see the album, the stories, and the likes until expiry, unless you close their access.

Notices, expiry, and deletion

1. 30 days before expiry: you get an email notice.
2. 7 days before expiry: you get a second notice.
3. At expiry: guests lose access. You get an email with the export deadline.
4. 14 days after expiry: the export window ends, and we delete the event photos.
5. 30 days after deletion: we also delete the backup copies.

Move to a longer plan

Before deletion, you can move to a longer plan and pay only the difference. The new expiry counts from the same event end date.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, enter it before payment. Each purchase accepts one code.

Payment

One-time payment through Stripe Checkout, in Brazilian reais (BRL). It is not a subscription and it does not renew automatically. If your card uses another currency, your card bank converts the amount.

The event is activated when Stripe confirms the payment.

Diego TI LTDA, the company that operates fc.ia.br, charges the payment through Stripe. On the Stripe receipt and on your card statement, the seller name shows as 21H (21H DEV), with the contact contato@21h.dev.

Refunds

You can cancel your purchase within 7 days after payment. If no guest has uploaded photos yet, we refund the full amount. In other cases, we review each request.

After a refund, guests lose access and the organizer can export the photos for 30 days. After that, we delete the photos.

If a card payment dispute opens, uploads stop, but the album stays visible until support resolves the case. No refund or dispute deletes photos without a notice and an export period.

About the Archive plan (120 months)

The Archive plan keeps the photos for 120 months, as long as the service continues to operate. It is not lifetime storage. If the service must stop, we give at least 90 days of notice, and you can export everything.
